Ashtanga Yoga is a structured sequence of classical Hatha Yoga asanas (poses) practiced with specific breathing techniques, such as Ujjayi Pranayama. This dynamic system was developed by the renowned 20th-century yoga master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and is rooted in the ancient text Yoga Korunta.

In Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, synchronized breath and movement (Vinyasa) create a flowing practice that enhances focus, strength, flexibility, and inner awareness.

This 6-day course is designed to help you build a strong foundation in yoga while staying true to traditional practices, combined with modern alignment, sequencing, and teaching approaches.

What You Will Learn?
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Primary Series
Posture Alignment – Correct body alignment for safety and depth in each pose
Breathwork – How to use breath to guide and energize your practice
Drishti – The art of focused gaze to deepen concentration
Breathing Techniques – Including Ujjayi and other pranayama practices
Yoga Nidra – A guided yogic relaxation technique for deep rest and rejuvenation

1 Hour – Pranayama (Breathwork)
1.5 Hours – Posture Breakdown & Alignment
